Effective evidence-based therapy
with a holistic approach
Evidence-based treatment is used most often to treat diagnosable conditions (i.e. Panic Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Anorexia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) where symptoms are preventing the ability to function adequately in work or study, relationships, social activities, exercise or hobbies or are causing immediate and excessive distress.
Integrative Health Psychology
grounded in the mind & body connection
Healing chronic disease states by uncovering the emotional patterns lying at the core of physical symptoms. Using a unique blend of schema-focused therapy, Internal Family Systems and Hakomi we create a space where you can listen and respond to the messages your body sending to gain lasting relief, healing and health.
Psychology support for GPs
specialising in chronic illness
InBody Psychology supports GP’s who are looking to provide gold-standard health care to their clients with chronic health conditions.
If you are a GP who is interested in whole-body approach or just wanting a larger number of options for your clients health, this is your space. At InBody Psychology we shed light on the gut-health and psychosocial factors that can be the “missing piece” in healing chronic disease.
